As chief of staff, Nicole leads cross-functional initiatives, strengthens communication and alignment, and drives accountability across the organization. She also leads human resources.

Nicole brings extensive experience in strategy, program management, operational planning and execution. Throughout her career she has built global organizations and high-performing teams in both Fortune 50 and start-up environments.

She spent over 20 years at Cisco Systems in leadership roles spanning sales, services, consulting, portfolio management and human resources. Her career also includes Red Hat and Vontier, a global industrial company focused on smarter transportation and mobility.

A creative problem-solver who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments, she has a proven track record of translating bold ideas into executable strategies, mobilizing cross-functional teams, and delivering large-scale programs that produce meaningful business results.

Nicole holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. Having spent several years working and living in Latin America, Europe and Asia, she brings a global perspective to her leadership.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys traveling the world with her husband and two daughters.
