Be a Part of Something Bigger in Private Aviation

Travel designed around the way you live

Flying private should be reliable and get you from point A to point B, but if that’s all you’re looking for - you’re not looking for enough. We pulled back the layers on what private jet membership and aircraft ownership should be and built our strongest offerings for Jet Club membership and Fractional Ownership.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Jet Club membership and Fractional Ownership?

flyExclusive’s Jet Club is a pre-paid deposit program where you pay only for what you fly. You deposit funds and use them to fly, without owning anything. With flyExclusive, Jet Club starts at a $100,000 deposit and suits roughly 50 hours a year or less; fractional shares start at 50 guaranteed hours and run on a five-year term.

Is fractional jet ownership better than chartering?

Chartering works well if you fly occasionally. You pay per trip, commit to nothing, and own nothing.

Fractional ownership makes more sense once you are flying consistently, roughly 50 hours a year or more. At that volume, guaranteed hours and a fixed hourly rate cost less than booking the same trips as charters, and your share is a depreciable asset.

Either way, you fly on the same fleet with the same crews.

Which flyExclusive program is right for how much I fly?

Choose by annual flight hours. Under about 50 hours a year, flyExclusive’s Jet Club membership is ideal — a $100,000 deposit, no monthly fees, pay only for what you fly. From about 50 hours upward, a fractional share fits better: 50, 75, 100 or 200+ guaranteed hours a year, a fixed hourly rate, and the tax position of ownership. For occasional trips, consider a charter.

How is a charter flight different from a commercial flight?

A commercial flight sells individual seats on a fixed schedule between airline hubs. A charter flight reserves the whole aircraft for one party, departing when and from where that party chooses. Private aviation can access thousands of airports across the country, which often puts you closer to where you are actually going. You arrive at a private terminal shortly before departure, with no check-in queue, no connections, and no TSA line.

Do members and owners always fly the same aircraft?

No, and that is intentional. We give Jet Club Members and Fractional Owners the flexibility to fly any aircraft in our fleet of light, mid-size, and super midsize jets, choosing whichever one best fits the trip. A quick regional hop and a cross-country flight with eight passengers call for a different aircraft, and you should not be locked into one.
