Chief Operating Officer
Mike Guina
A career built in charter — now leading flight operations.
Mike Guina transitioned into the role of chief operating officer, leveraging his vast experience in the private aviation space. He leads flyExclusive's flight operations, with a primary focus on execution for customers, increasing utilization and dispatch availability, and strengthening overall operational performance.
He continues to oversee Network (wholesale) sales, the Operations Control Center (OCC), all flight operations and the Compliance team.
Guina brings more than 35 years of aviation experience, of which over 20 have been with Segrave Aviation, Delta Private Jets, and flyExclusive, with leadership responsibility spanning flight operations, sales, product development, and revenue management.
His operational expertise, commercial perspective, and direct connection to the flight experience position him well to lead this critical area of the business.
Before Segrave Aviation, Guina spent ten years with Air Partner PLC (AIP:LSE), ultimately rising to president of US operations and a member of the board.
While he was there he pioneered several innovative products, among them fixed futures pricing and point-to-point charter.
Guina has thousands of pilot flight hours and is type-rated on the Citation CJ3, Excel and Sovereign aircraft flyExclusive operates. As an active pilot who until recently frequently flew flyExclusive charter customers himself, he brings firsthand knowledge of the operation and a strong understanding of the needs of customers and pilots alike.
He attended North East Surrey College of Technology in the United Kingdom.
