We officially opened the doors to our new office in Raleigh, North Carolina, and it felt like the start of a whole new chapter for flyExclusive. The Greater Raleigh Chamber kicked off our grand opening with a ribbon cutting. Afterward, we welcomed local business owners, community leaders, clients, partners, and members of the press for a private reception. It was a company milestone we'll remember for a long time, and we're so glad we got to share it with our flyExclusive family.
A New Office Built for Company Growth
We built our new office to keep up with our company growth and the clients who make it possible. The 24,000-square-foot office brings our leadership, finance, technology, and commercial teams together under one roof. Connected teams make a stronger company. When the people who serve the same clients work side by side, decisions happen faster. We can also respond to client demand more quickly.
Over the past year, we have invested heavily in AI to streamline our operations. We designed the new office with that same technology focus as we continue scaling the company.

Our Founder, Chairman, and CEO Jim Segrave shared why Raleigh was the right move.
"Having access to talent locally was a big part of how we needed to grow the business," he said. He also spoke about the mindset behind the new space. "Every piece of this business is being evaluated on how we can automate, streamline and make ourselves more efficient," Segrave said.
Our new office puts us right in the middle of that talent growth. Its proximity to RDU also keeps our teams close to the clients and partners we serve across the country.
That focus on local talent is already paying off. More than 150 employees now work from our Raleigh office, and we expect to create more than 100 additional aviation jobs in Eastern North Carolina. Hiring continues across flight operations, maintenance and MRO, commercial and customer teams, and corporate functions. We are proud to bring more North Carolina jobs to the state and to keep investing in the North Carolina workforce that has supported us from the start.
