Three months after Jet Club was rebuilt around all-in pricing, the numbers that matter are the ones members generate after they join — not the ones in the launch release.
flyExclusive reported consecutive monthly operating records demonstrating accelerating demand for the redesigned Jet Club membership programme. May established a new company record for flight hours. June became the strongest non-holiday sales month in Jet Club history.
May, in operating terms
During May, flyExclusive ranked as the largest Part 135 charter operator in North America by both flight count and flight hours, completing more than 4,000 flights and over 7,000 flight hours.
What the new members did
- New members deposited an average of more than $190,000 during May.
- Total new customer deposits grew 32% against the prior-year period.
- Customer satisfaction produced the company’s second-highest Net Promoter Score on record, with 86% of members classified as promoters.
Customers are joining at a faster pace, they’re depositing more capital, they’re flying more hours.
