Being able to buy the hardware is one thing. Being the shop that installs it — for your own fleet and everyone else’s — is a different business.
flyExclusive, a certified Part 145 repair station, signed an authorised dealership agreement with Starlink, becoming a certified dealer and installer for Starlink’s high-speed, low-latency aviation connectivity system.
Two things this enables
- Installation across the flyExclusive fleet, beginning with the Challenger 350 fleet in early 2026.
- Starlink sales, installation and support services for third-party aircraft owners and operators — an expansion of the MRO business.
What the system does
Starlink delivers up to 310 Mbps with latency as low as under 99 ms, supporting HD video conferencing, streaming, large file transfers and consistent VPN performance at altitude.
Our customers expect a world-class experience every time they fly with us, and that includes connectivity that works at the highest level. Starlink raises the bar for in-flight Wi-Fi.
Jim Segrave, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Connectivity is no longer a luxury. It is a core part of the passenger experience. Becoming a Starlink aviation dealer strengthens our MRO capabilities while raising the bar across our fleet.
Matt Lesmeister, Chief Operating Officer
The first completed installation followed in March — see the MRO completes its first Challenger Starlink installation. Programme detail is on the Starlink page.
