Leadership

Previously Mike served in a leadership position as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Delta Private Jets where his responsibilities included all aspects of sales, product development and revenue management. Mike joined Delta Private Jets with the acquisition of Segrave Aviation in January 2010 where he had spent the previous six years as Executive Vice President.

Prior to this Mike had spent ten years with Air Partner PLC (AIP:LSE), ultimately rising to President of US Operations and main board Director. While there he pioneered many innovative products including fixed futures pricing and point to point charter.

Mike began his aviation career in the late 1980s when he gained a commercial pilots license. Mike attended North East Surrey College of Technology (UK).

Prior to joining flyExclusive, Carrie Dale was a manager in the Carolinas Risk Assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC"), focusing on providing services of information technology and business process controls.

Carrie Dale started her career at Deloitte in the core financial assurance group where she worked on a variety of public and private clients providing financial statement audit services, Sarbanes Oxley 404 controls testing, and Employee Benefit audit services.

She then transitioned to Senior Treasury Analyst with Piedmont Natural Gas. In this role she participated in cross-functional finance projects including achieving cost saving efforts and ad hoc projects.

Subsequently, Carrie Dale became a Business Development Analyst within Piedmont Natural Gas where she was responsible for the capital budget and the operations and maintenance budget. In addition, she was responsible for compiling reports and performing analysis of financial data from the company's joint ventures.

Following this role, Carrie Dale pursued the opportunity to return to the public accounting industry working for PwC. In an expanded capacity she supervised engagements involving vendor risk management, information technology risk management and business process services.

Darryl W Shearer has been in Aviation Maintenance for over 30 years. He holds an Current Airframe and Power Plant license with Inspection Authorization. His entire career has been spent in Eastern North Carolina and has been the Director of Maintenance for 145 Repair Stations as well as 135 Operations. During his career he Maintenance Managed a diverse fleet of 50 plus Aircraft for multiple years.

He is married and has 2 children and enjoys Fly Fishing in his off time.

Jon is an ATP licensed pilot with more than 4800 hours of flight time. Previously Jon has served as Captain and Director of Operations for several air carriers including a 21 year career at RAM Air Freight where he advanced to hold senior management roles including President and Director of Operations. Jon began his aviation career in 1983 at Kent State University majoring in Aerospace Flight Technology, and obtained his commercial pilot’s license in 1986. In his off time Jon enjoys spending family time with his wife of 25 years and three daughters.
